▶ By ordering a commission from me, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and I do not take any responsibility if you have not read them ◀
🔹Usage:
>The commissions are not to be printed in any way that could bring income. For this reason, check the "Commercial Commissions" section. You can however print the commission for your own usage.
>You may not edit the commission yourself nor order anyone to edit it.
>You may use the commision for any personal usage.
>You may not post the original full-sized file online.
>You may not claim the authorship of the artwork.
🔹Rights:
>I may want to post your commission on my social medias. If you don't want me to, let me know beforehand.
>I have the right to use your commission as a visual example for future commissions and catalogue.
>I will always put a small watermark in my drawings to protect myself from art theft.
🔹Payment:
You can choose to perform the payment in the following ways:
>Full payment upfront
>Half of the payment upfront, and half once the base colors are approved
In either case, I will not continue until the payment is received.
🔹Process:
>Once the commission details are settled, we'll proceed with the payment only once I’m able to start working on the project.
>I'll show you progress of the work on the sketch and lineart + base colors stages, and you can request revisions as needed. After those are approved, I'll continue working until finalization.
>Once the finished work has been approved, I'll send you the full size resolution* in a digital file in the format requested on the commission details.
>Rush orders may add extra fee.
>Changing the whole pose is not possible once I start working on your commission. Please, provide your description (pose, details that you want to add...) beforehand.
🔹Refunds:
>You may cancel the commission without any charges, if the payment hasn’t been made yet.
>I do not refund the commission once I’ve started working on it.
>If I, for some reason, cannot complete the commission after the payment has been made, I will make a full refund.
